Patient Resource Bag

Our patient resource bag has been carefully assembled to assist patients during their lung cancer treatment plan and help them to navigate new terminology, tests and treatments.

This patient bag includes a reusable zipper tote filled with lung cancer resources and a binder with tabs to help patients stay organized during treatment plans. Sections in the binder include fillable worksheets for medical history, healthcare team, appointment notes and test results, treatment plan and a calendar.
